Principal & Co-Founder
Aaron Hakimian is a Principal of BAACO Properties. With extensive experience in commercial real estate investment and asset management, Mr. Hakimian has successfully overseen the acquisition and operation of a wide range of investment properties, including office buildings, industrial facilities, retail shopping centers, and mixed-use developments.
His responsibilities include sourcing investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating purchase and financing agreements, overseeing capital improvement projects, managing leasing initiatives, and implementing strategies designed to maximize asset value and long-term returns.
In addition to real estate, Mr. Hakimian previously served as President of Rugs America for over 20 years. As a leading importer and distributor of area rugs, bath mats, and home fashion products, Mr. Hakimian oversaw all aspects of the business including finance, operations and sales.
Principal & Co-Founder
Ariel Hakimian is a Principal of BAACO Properties and is responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day operations and strategic growth initiatives. Mr. Hakimian has played an instrumental role in the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio through his expertise in acquisitions, asset evaluation, project management, and operational oversight.
His responsibilities include property valuations, acquisition analysis, contract negotiations, vendor and contractor management, construction and renovation oversight, capital improvement planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with applicable state and local regulations. Mr. Hakimian works closely with tenants, contractors, municipalities, and service providers to enhance property performance and preserve long-term asset value.
In addition to his real estate activities, Mr. Hakimian is a co-owner of Rugs America. With a keen eye for fashion, Mr. Hakimian has been critical to the overall success and growth of the company. His responsibilities have included overseeing all aspects of the business including production, design, sales and marketing.
VP Operations
Hanna oversees operations and helps ensure the portfolio is managed with consistency, responsiveness, and care.

Eitan leads acquisition efforts, evaluating opportunities and supporting growth through disciplined deal sourcing.
